Shipping
Shipping will be at the customer’s expense in the amount agreed upon either invoiced or by arrangement following amendments to an order. You can see the shipping cost of your items in the checkout process.
Dispatch – Pawesome products are dispatched within 1-2 working days of full payment being received, using NZ Post to New Zealand physical addresses and NZ Post PO Boxes. Alternatively products are available for collection by prior arrangement. Please note: Rural delivery fees may apply. The rural zone is deemed by NZ Post and may be different than that of other post companies. Pawesome will not be held liable if the purchaser has not made full payment and therefore products cannot be shipped in time to arrive when required.
Shipping times – Delivery target times vary depending on the type of service you choose.
For Economy tracked, expect your parcel to arrive in 2-3 working days.
For Courier & Signature parcel, expect your parcel to arrive by the end of the next working day.
Deliveries to rural and remote areas may take 2-3 days longer.
Bear in mind that Pawesome processing, dispatch, and courier deliveries do not operate on public holidays or weekends.
Once your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number to the email address you have provided.

Pawesome cannot be held liable if a parcel is lost, late or damaged due to the shipping company. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the delivery timeframe and we will do our best to help ensure it gets to you on time.
