Returns and Refunds

If items are lost or damaged during shipping, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact Pawesome as soon as possible to arrange replacement or reimbursement. Very prompt notification and photographic evidence is required to make applications to the courier company for damages. If time permits and we have the stock we may be able to resend your order, if not a full refund will be given for lost or damaged items.

You may return any unused products for a full refund of the product’s price as long as they are unopened and in original and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us of the return of any products.

If products are incorrect, missing, or faulty, the customer must contact Party Fun at sales@pawesome.co.nz within 5 days of product delivery. We are happy to replace the items at no extra cost or provide a full refund once product is returned.
