The Pawesome website collects personal data including a customer’s name, address, phone number, email address and purchase history for the purpose of processing and shipping the orders. The database may also be used for internal record keeping and statistical purposes such as website visitor traffic and purchase monitoring. This enables us to continue to improve our products and efficiency of the website. All customer information is kept private on a secure server, and will never be shared with companies or those outside of our company, in accordance with New Zealand Law. Under the Privacy Act 1993, as a customer of Pawesome you have every right to view, amend or remove any personal information held about you, which can be arranged by contacting us.
Pawesome has Credit Card payment facilities which are provided by Payment Express. You will be diverted from checkout to a secure page where your credit card details can be entered, after which you will be returned to the Pawesome website. This means that the purchaser can be assured of the safety and security of all credit card purchases while it takes place within a secure online banking environment. Pawesome does not hold any of your credit card information.
