Q: Do you have a retail store?
A: We do not have a store open to the public, however we are happy to arrange viewing of our products and collection of orders by appointment.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Waverly, Dunedin. Viewing and pick up of products is by appointment only.
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: Credit Card, Bank Deposit, Internet Banking, or Cash upon pick up.
Q: My order confirmation or tracking did not arrive?
A: Please log in and check you provided us with the correct email address. Check your spam folder and add us to your safe sender list as some providers block outside emails. Contact us so we may resend it to you.
