Pawesome Terms and Conditions
At Pawesome we try our absolute best to provide you with great quality product and service. Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Service completely. Accessing, browsing and purchasing on the Pawesome website will constitute acceptance of your agreement to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Description, Availability and Range of Stock
Product Descriptions – Product descriptions, images, and dimensions on the website are as precise as possible and regularly updated, however, rare circumstances may arise where colours, sizes or images may differ from those on the Pawesome website. Our suppliers occasionally make changes or improvements and in most cases we will update these on our website, but sometimes these changes are missed, if you see anything incorrect please let us know.
Screen Colours -Due to variations between monitors and browsers, product colouring may appear different than expected. For this reason we cannot guarantee that the colour of the product you purchase and receive will be the same as you had viewed on the website. We endeavour for our products to have matching colours within same brands.
Stock availability – The Pawesome website displays stock availability below each product image. This means that prior to purchase the buyer is able to ensure their order will be on hand for shipping. While only very rare discrepancies may occur, if they do, you will be notified and we will endeavour to provide you with alternative options and replacements or a refund. If you would like more than what is available please let us know as we may have more on the way or may be able to get more in. (Please note it can take up to 4 weeks for new stock to arrive).
Email Contact
Pawesome may need to contact you occasionally and some providers block incoming emails so please add us to your safe sender list. If you are expecting an email from us and it does not arrive please check your spam folder. Feel free to contact us with any queries. Please ensure you supply an up to date email address. We need it for things like emailing your tracking number once order is sent, underpayments of differences in shipping, stock differences, invoicing order, banking details if paying by banking, address details for pick up etc. If we have any queries about your order and are awaiting a reply to an email we sent you regarding this, then your order will not be sent till we hear from you. Without the correct email address this risks your order arriving late.
Choking Hazard
Packaging – Many of our products come in clear and plastic packaging, please ensure once open children do not put any of the packaging on their head as this may cause suffocation.
Payment.
Currency – The current prices on the Pawesome website are in New Zealand Dollars. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
Payment Methods – Using the Pawesome website to purchase products you can currently pay by cash on collection, by Bank Deposit, Internet Banking, or Credit Card.
If using banking, after you submit your order, you will receive an email with the Pawesome banking details. Please use your name and order number in the reference field when making payment. Please note that some banks may take 1 to 2 days to process payments and your order will not be shipped until after the payment is received.
If paying with credit card you will be forwarded to a secure payments page where your order will be processed using the secure Payment Express service. We do not hold any of your credit card information.
Order Changes or Cancellations
An order may be cancelled or changed up until the order has been shipped. Please be aware that any changes may mean additional payment is required and therefore extend the processing time before it is shipped and arrives at your address. If payment has been made before the cancellation you will be refunded fully as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped we will only refund the order, less the shipping cost, once the order has been returned at the purchaser’s expense. If you wish to make changes to your order after completing the checkout process, please email us to arrange these. Be aware that adding to your order may increase the shipping fees as well as product total, and your order will not be dispatched until payment for your entire order including amended shipping costs has been received by Pawesome.
Complaints or Compliments
At Pawesome we try our absolute best to provide you with great quality product and service. In the unlikely event that there are questions or problems with products or services, or you would like to give any feedback, please email us and we will do our best to help in anyway. Pawesome will not be held liable if the purchaser makes no contact about an urgent need for products, or where the purchaser has not made full payment and therefore products cannot be shipped in time to arrive when required.
Pawesome reserves the right to amend the website, including the Terms and Conditions and other policies at any time. We advise the customer to occasionally review these policies and ensure their continued agreement with the updated terms provided.
